  1. Actually, Blake has revisited an old subject with me. Many years ago I was caught (by the Holy Spirit?) in my smugness on athletes taking a knee in the end zone and giving God the glory and honor.
I was made to realize the pervertedness in my frame of thinking God that worked in and through the lives of, ministers foremost of course, then professionals such as doctors, accountants, etc.
We may not agree with or care for how some our brothers and sisters in the faith that is in Christ Jesus earn their livelihood, the developmental stage of their faith or how they praise God, but _ it’s not about me nor them but our God.
They, like us, continue to grow in faith and we like to think our tomorrow’s praise, worship and expression of faith will be so much more Bible based but certainly no less simple as acknowledging God.
